observation # 1

location - cash creek

Time - 7:30 pm

Date - march-7-2008

temp - 56 deg

weather conditions - cloudy

wind conditions - medium

soil conditions - dry

hypothesis -

My observation took place in a composete area called cash creek on a little trail where there are many willo trees with no leeves i knew that because they had marks on the trunk of the tree. The rest of the trees were pine trees. The grass was still very brown but i could tell green grass coming up. There isn't a huge veriety of plants the only ones i could discribe were sun flowers. The animals in the area are small ones like squerals birds and insects. The a biotic facters were all rocks and dead tree trunks that were laying on the floor that had termite marks. The biodiversity is limited beacause the is so much human activity like people jogging and not far from the tail the is a dirt road. Over all the location is pretty dry in vegetation but i know that in a couple of days the flowers are going to bloom, grass is going to get longer, and the trees are going to get leeves causing bigger animals to go in the area.

Good observations! Nice job being specific about what you saw and what you thought it meant. Be sure to proof your observations before you post them, as the errors take away from your content!
